Welcome to ~rented, a group private storyline for members of ~click. We are in no way officially affiliated with the community, but just a group of writers who wanted to continue to write together in a non-faux celeb setting.
Taking place in an apartment complex in the heart of downtown Seattle, WA, ~rented surrounds the lives of the tenants of The Broadway Building and their semi-senile super Marge/Mildred.

Welcome to
The Broadway Building
Tenant Portal.
There are 60 units in the building all managed by Marge Crabtree, a seventy something older lady who lives with her four cats and very rarely follows her own rules or the rules set forth by the owners of the building. There are 10 unique floor plans to choose from ranging from studios to a two bedroom with a small den like room. Boasting five floors and ten units per floor The Broadway Building offers a sense of community to its tenants with monthly mixers and get-togethers held on the fifth of each month and hosted by Marge in the community room.
Amenities aren't skirted here: pets are allowed, landscaped patios, controlled access, bike racks, secure underground and assigned parking, trash chutes on every level, community laundry room, washer/dryer hook ups, a community room with foos ball and ping pong (you'll have to get the balls and paddles from Marge!), and a state of the art exercise room with hi-def television.
Rent is due on the first of every month, though to make the apartments more realistically affordable for our tenants we have knocked of $500 off of the listed rent price. All residents must be eighteen years of age or older or live with a legal guardian (all characters must be 18+). We hope you make yourself at home.
